The proclamation will be followed by a speech from the honoree regarding the scientific study of the Web.

The Master Program in Web Science is organized by the Department of Mathematics of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is funded by Municipality of Veria. The Master degree in Web science is based on the study of Web assessment, mathematical modeling and operation combined with business applications and societal transformations in the knowledge society.
